Fashion Week party to be ROCKED out by Lady Gaga's bff Lady Starlight
The multi-talented Lady Starlight who has toured around the world with the likes of Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Thin Lizzy, Anthrax, and Zakk Wylde will spin at exclusive Fashion Week party at Rokk City, 22 W. 39th Street (5th &6th on Thursday, February 16th at 9PM, celebrating the debut of New York fashion designer Lauren Bagliore. The one-time fete is being produced by entertainment guru Jeff Krauss, Star Vodka owner Charles Ferri, and event planner Victoria Wells with sponsorship by Star Vodka, Dining Engagement Group, Bella magazine, 123 Talent ,Decadence Group, FABYORK, and Billionaires Row.
Lady Starlight is an American Rock 'N' Roll DJ who resides on the lower east side of Manhattan. About her long-time friend, the incomparable singer Lady Gaga, Starlight says, "I adore Gaga....working with her is like being on a 'Thelma and Louise' style road trip! The one thing people don't know about her....she is deceptively normal."
The last time Lady Starlight spun at a party for producer Jeff Krauss at the Empire State Bldg, the police rushed in to close down the space due to overcrowding. Explains Krauss, "Once Starlight arrived, guests at the party starting texting like crazy, it was bedlam." The event was also attended by fashion designer Richie Rich.
In addition to the rockin' music by Lady Starlight, celebrated DJs Stacy Stylez, and Freddy Bastone will join her in the booth. .

Now in its eighth year, this high-energy evening features a runway show highlighting the season’s must-have fashions for men and women from some of Calgary’s hottest boutiques. The evening also includes a Fashion Trunk Show Auction - where guests can bid on unique styles for their fall/winter wardrobe - and a Silent Auction - composed of items donated by local businesses. After the fashion show, dance the night away with local musical talent The Mocking Shadows at the after party!
Funds from ARTwear go towards The Art Gallery of Calgary’s renowned public programming and our hands-on curriculum-based art education programs for school groups from Kindergarten to grade 12.
Tickets are $75.
